1. What ForSaleCards is
ForSaleCards is a free tool that helps you create a shareable selling card image for a second-hand item. It is a card-making utility, not a marketplace. We do not facilitate payments, handle shipping, provide buyer or seller protection, or mediate disputes between parties.
2. Use of the service
By using ForSaleCards, you agree to:
- Only list items you own and have the right to sell.
- Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and photos of your items.
- Not use the service to list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items.
- Not use the service for spam, fraud, or misleading advertising.
3. No account required
You can create and download a selling card without creating an account. Optional account features (saving cards, editing prices, PDF catalogue) require registration via email magic link.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By using ForSaleCards, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to generate your card image. We do not store, sell, or distribute your content without your consent.
5. Third-party services
ForSaleCards may offer referrals to partner services (cleaning, storage, movers). These are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their services, pricing, or conduct. Any contract for services is between you and the third party directly.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
ForSaleCardsis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated cards will meet your specific requirements. Use the service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForSaleCards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failed sales, disputes with buyers, or loss of data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site.
